*She is skinny and tall. 10-15th percentile for weight and 80th percentile for height
*She wears size 4 diapers and mostly 2T clothes
*Great sleeper. (She's boycotted naps occasionally but not very often). She goes to bed at 8 pm and wakes up between 8-9 am. She takes a nap around 1:00 for usually 2 hours.
*She loves to be in her crib. A lot of the time before she falls asleep, or after she wakes up before we get her (I watch her on the video monitor), she just lays there and sings songs. I think she loves being in there because it's the only time I let her have her blanket, paci, and her stuffed animal (lamb) that she calls her puppy haha
*She is obsessed with the song The Wheels on the Bus. She sings it all the time! And sometimes she gets her toy shopping cart, flips it over, sits on it, turns the wheels while she sings it and pretends to be on a bus haha. I love the things she comes up with!
*Not much of a fan of coloring and painting... She says she wants to do it, but she will do it for 2 seconds and be done. Mostly she's interested in playing with the markers/crayons and taking them out of the box
*She loves her little brother! I think she's used to him now... But she is jealous when I feed him. She throws things at him sometimes. It's been tough haha. Sometimes she is so sweet to him though and gives him kisses and brings him his blanket. I love when she wakes up and asks where "Baby Wes" is.
*Talks allllll day LONG. I swear she never stops haha. She says short sentences sometimes, or sometimes she just says a bunch of random words together and I piece it together.
*Counts to 10 (we are working on counting to 20)
*Loves to sing the ABC's and can point out some of the letters
*Loves to dance and listen to music
*Has like 18 teeth now I think? She just had 2 bottom molars come through (not sure about the top ones) which has NOT been fun.... She has been fussy fussy fussy.
*Still sleeps in her crib and I will keep her in there as long as possible! She climbed out of the pack and play at the cabin... But hasn't tried to climb out of her crib yet. I sure hope she doesn't for a while!
*Loves to go to church because of nursery (grandpa and grandma are the leaders which is nice!)
*Has definitely entered the "terrible twos". She throws fits, hits us, throws things, etc. And laughs while she does it. So naughty!
She had such a fun birthday! She woke up to her door decorated and opened her present. We went to the Idea Museum, got free food (Joe's BBQ take out, smoothie from Dutch Bros), played at home, and went to Joe's Farm Grill with my parents. She had a cupcake with black frosting that was crazy haha. She had a great day!
