9 Months

Stats
Weight: 12 lbs 14 oz
Height: 26 3/4 in.

Jayne is 9 months old today! I took her to the doctor today for her check up. I was surprised and the doctor was too about her weight. She was a little over 14 lbs at her 7 month appointment so she has lost weight. That's a scary thing to hear. I am grateful that my doctor is so understanding and kind. She didn't make me feel like a bad mom (though I did of course because hello apparently I'm not feeding her enough) and just told me that my breast milk is just not cutting it. She needs more calories. She gave me supplement formula to try out and told me I need to be giving Jayne lots more food. She can basically just always eat what I'm eating. I gotta fatten this girl up!

Some new things about Jayne and tons of pictures!!!

*Consistently sleeps AWESOME at night!!! (This is huge! She has been such an off and on good/bad sleeper so it's nice that she's consistent now!! Because of tons of ear infections and teething her schedule has been so wacko.) She goes to bed anytime around 6:30-7:30 (typically 7) and sleeps until 5:30 or 6 then nurses and sleeps until 7 or 8.
*Takes 2-3 naps a day. Her naps are usually around an hour and a half.
*Still does her army/mermaid crawl everywhere haha. It makes me laugh!
*Is getting pretty good at walking along the couch. She's not super steady on her feet yet, but she is getting better!

Thumbs up if you love Grandma!

So funny story... haha. I got this activity table toy from a lady on craigslist and on the way home I smelled smoke and realized they smoked. I read online how to get the smell out and it totally worked! I left it outside, put baking soda on it and covered it with dryer sheets for a day and a half then cleaned it super good with lysol wipes and the smell was gone! Jayne LOVES this toy!!!

She is so silly! Sometimes she puts her binky in upside down and apparently doesn't care haha

Sometimes she will crawl like a normal baby for like 2 seconds, but then she'll go on her tummy and army crawl haha.

Skinny chicken legs!

Her first little mohawk! haha

"Helping" mom make bows.... ;)
Apparently this is a comfortable way to watch tv...?

Who needs to sweep the floor when you have a baby to eat all the crumbs?? ;) so gross!
